Quotation MakerPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what our apps Quotation Maker and Stock In-Out (the “apps”) collect, why, and the choices you have. Saphaare Labs Private Limited (“we”) runs both apps and the shared account behind them.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash) and the business name you sign up with.
- Contact details you enter — your business phone number, address and GSTIN, and those of the customers and suppliers you add.
- Business records — products, rates, quotations, invoices, orders, receipts, delivery notes, stock entries, warehouses and notes you create.
- Photos and images — product photos, logos and signatures you choose to upload.
- Identifiers — an internal user ID and a sign-in session cookie that keeps you signed in.
We do not collect your location, contacts list, advertising identifiers or browsing activity, and the apps contain no ads or third-party trackers.
How we use it
Only to provide the service you signed up for: storing your records so you and your team can see them, generating and sharing your PDFs, signing you in, and sending emails you ask for (such as team invitations or a document to a customer). We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
Who can see it
Your records are visible only to the people in your business account. Members of one business can never see another business's data. We access an account only when you ask us for help or when the law requires it.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the apps and stores the data, over encrypted connections. It also renders your PDFs and sends emails on your behalf.
- GSTIN lookup — when you type a GSTIN, that number is checked against the public GST portal (through Apify) to fill in the registered name and address. Nothing else is sent.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. When an account is deleted, its data is removed immediately from the live service; encrypted backups that still hold it expire within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- You can view, edit or delete your records in the apps at any time.
- You can delete your account from inside either app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Details: Delete your account.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing support@magicteams.ai.
Children
The apps are business tools and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are never stored in readable form. Access to the systems that hold your data is limited to the people who run the service.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app.
